When you take a ovulation test and it shows positive is it faster to ttc?

Faster?: The most likely time to conceive is to have intercourse around the time of ovulation and a positive ovulation predictor test tells you that you are ovulating then but I'm not sure what you mean by faster. Hope this answers your question.
