See a physician: Based on your symptoms, I strongly recommend that you consult a Dr. Your symptoms may be due to an ulcer if you have bloody stools, viral or bacterial infection (if fever) among other things. A more thorough history and physical would be needed to narrow down the cause, and possibly lab tests and ultrasound. Your Dr would be able to determine the best course of action based on the findings.
