Just a thought: but , in my opinion, the number and amount of oral medication you are taking indicate that you and your treating physician should consider INSULIN.....My opinion only BTW the amount/timing/combination of these three drugs is dependent upon your blood sugar and when these sugars are measured Hope this is helpful Dr Z
