Cocaine: Can cause permanent damage to eyes. Please 1) Stop abusing your body with harmful substances, and 2) Immediately see an Opthalmologist.

Inhaling: If you're inhaling or snorting cocaine your nasal passages may have chronic congestion/inflammation causing backing up and interference with normal drainage of tears through the lacrimal ducts of your eyes causing those reactions. An ophthalmologist can advise you best.
