9yr old son woke up this am with allodynia on his upper arms with no known cause, what could it be and do i need to be aware of any other symptoms?

Allodynia: Allodynia is the painful response to an innocuous stimuli such as light touch. It rarely occurs in children. Followup with your child's pediatrician if the allodynia persists.
