Strong bo for about a month. fri. noticed pimple like things on face, more emotional/mood swings,1 min hungry then not, discomfort left side under shoulder blade, and sometimes pain in left arm? what would cause these symptoms? my son is 10 yrs old.

Hormonal/behavioral : Body odor is driven by the adrenal glands that may push this feature before puberty. Pre-acne facial changes can occur at 10 & deserves attention. Mood swings/appetite are too v ague to pin down without a full exam & history review. I would have him seen for a check up.
