Fungus in pot: There is always some fungus in the air, soil that's how it gets into the pot. it just grows rapidly in moist , nutrient environments If only in the pot. and no black mold on the walls, don a mask and wash the pot out . First get it wet so that the fungus does not aerosolize. Note we see fungus on old fruit/ veggies/ food in the fridge often. If on walls call mold expert. f/u/ w/ doc
