Finished dicloxacillin for mastitis 10 days ago. i think i have strep throat now. will recent abx interfere with rapid strep or culture accuracy?

No: The rapid strep test uses identification of strep gene markers rather than a culture of living germs. If it is there, it is there and would also grow (10 days out). Strep is also still sensitive to penicillin based antibiotics.
