Depends on allergy: Allergies can run from foods to airborne pollution to pet dander etc. Testing helps tell us what exactly you are allergic to. Have you had allergy testing done? It is a blood test. Not sure what you mean by weather allergies. Do you mean seasonal allergies? Most allergies improve by avoiding the allergy trigger. Use of antihistamines, anti-inflammatories meds.

Try again: "Weather allergies" does not exist. For seasonal pollen allergies it is easy to find OTC antihistamines such as Allegra, Claritin, Zyrtec. The generics are the same, only cheaper. There are intranasal steroid sprays such as Flonase, etc. Again the generics yield the same benefit for less money. The sprays are more effective for the nose but act only in the nose & sinuses. Many people use both.
