Almost every time there is a a big flux in weather it becomes hard to breath. is there allergies or asthma related and is there anything i can do?

This may well be: asthma,which can be brought on by cold weather.If allergies are present,they must be controlled in order for asthma to go away.Seek help from your Primary Care Physician, or a Pulmonary or an Allergy specialist. Good luck.
