My daughters went to give blood today. she culd not given it because her veins are to small. is there somethibg wrong with her?

No: The technician made a judgement call that s/he would likely not be able to get the large diameter blood donation needle in her vein. S/he could have tried several times/failed & left behind some painful bruising. Sounds like a good technician to me.
