Hard to speculate: It would require a detailed look at the diet rather than simply relying on the time & calorie load to comment. Growth can slow due to under nutrition but some catchup growth would be possible. A look at your bone age & past growth record would better reflect what your diet did or din not do as well as if further growth is possible.
