So many ways: Increasing activity though a Green Prescription can: lower your blood pressure & cholesterol, increase energy levels, improve sleep, lead to better bone strength, reduce anxiety & stress, increase flexibility and mobility from arthritis, reduce the risk of some types of cancer.
