Bacterial vaginosis?: Yes, your symptoms are tyical for BV, i.e. thin discharge and strong smell. (The odor is often considered fishy, but odor is subjective and one person's "fishy" could be "cheesy" to you.) See a doctor to confirm the diagnosis and get a prescription, probably for metronidazole. Also have STD testing. The STD trichomonas causes same symptoms, and other STDs are common in women with BV.
