Watch for yeast: infection, vaginally. Drink plenty of water, and rest when needed, but add exercise as you are able. May take a few days for the vaginal secretions to normalize.

You can do it as a therapeutic trial but a pelvic exam and vaginal smear by a GYN doctor are preferred if feasible.

Also be sure you have been tested for other STDs, and treated if necessary. Gonorrhea, chlamydia, and other STDs don't directly cause discharge with odor, but they are much more common in women with BV.
