See your doc or er: If your infection is spreading then the infecting organism is likely resistant to the antibiotic (Clarithromycin) and you most likely would benefit from a different antibiotic. Complications from infections about the face and head can become very serious quickly. If you have fever, trouble swallowing or breathing, vomiting, or severe pain, don't wait, go to the emergency room.
