Epipen: Since Epipen contains adrenalin, you can get sinus tachycardia, nervousness, possible vomiting ,and other signs of adrenaline toxicity. Leave an Epipen inhaler with his teacher in school and/or sports counsler. Also instruct them what to look for in an anaphylactic reaction
