is their anything else i can be prescribed for emergency instead of epipen (epinephrine) incase of anaphylaxis. i'm on propranolol long term.

NO: If you have anaphylaxis, ( a condition with life threatening respiratory compromise and shock) Epinephrine is life saving and should be administered as soon as possible. For less serious reactions, you can take oral antihistamines and corticosteroids instead.

No and yes: Propranolol doesn't increase your risk of anaphylaxis and you can use epineptrine (epipen) if you need to.
