Need Adequate sleep: You need adequate sleep to help your body's immune system maintain itself and to help keep your mind intact. You should be getting 8 or more hours of sleep a night. I suggest avoiding caffeine and alcohol, regular exercise during the day, good nutrition, and a regular sleep schedule. Good sleep inducing foods include milk, almonds, turkey, cherries and bananas. I wish you well with your health!
