Hard to say: It is impossible to tell for sure. Either you were pregnant and had an early miscarriage, or you had a false positive pregnancy test and a late period. I am sorry! Either way, if you are interested in not getting pregnant, it would be a good idea to see a doctor to discuss birth control.
