Just a phrase: Saw cells that were not usually there. Could be you had an infection or the stuff grew out in the sample. Or could be nothing at all. Not a finding I would worry about. It is a phrase taken out of the report. Need full picture/history/ story to evaluate.Ask the doctor that did the Bronch to see what they make of it. They know you best.
