More info needed: What part of the collarbone, close to breastbone or close to shoulder? Tender to touch? Painful? How long there? Any recent injuries? Any history of broken collarbone as child? Might be healed fracture site; might be a-c joint separation; might be bone cyst. See doc for exam; radiograph may b needed to further define lump.

Let me explain: Have recently fracture your collar bone ? If you did this what we call callus form bone healing. If you did not it is wise to go and check it out soon.
