More info needed: What part of the collarbone, close to breastbone or close to shoulder? Tender to touch? Painful? How long there? Any recent injuries? Any history of broken collarbone as child? Might be healed fracture site; might be a-c joint separation; might be bone cyst. See doc for exam; radiograph may b needed to further define lump.
