Chickenpox: Chickenpox usually starts on head & neck area & spreads down & outward. For kids that have been immunized, the appearance is varied and may be just a few spots. Usual appearance of a chickenpox lesion is a clear blister on a red base (dew drop on a rose petal-classic description). Please see your dermatologist for a proper diagnosis. Early treatment of chickenpox decreases discomfort and scarring.
