If someone immune whose kids have chicken pox comes in contact with a little girl who hasn't had them yet, pass on the pox to the girl?

Only by the infected: Chicken pox is spread from an actively infected person by respiratory rout as well as by direct contact. If you are immune, not infected, you will not cause any infection to the unprotected child.
