I stared getting purple pin prick spots on my my left inner thigh about a week ago they are no raised. about 2 days ago i noticed they where still there but with a few red pin prick spots to also now going onto my right inner thighs. what could it be?

It sounds like an: abrasion or trauma to the area however there are many other possibilities. Without being able to see the lesions it is too difficult to make a diagnosis. Make an appointment with a health care provider for evaluation and examination.
