Several ideas: Bananas, applesauce, most cereals & breads are natural constipators so reducing or eliminating them is usually helpful. Peaches, pears & prunes are good losseners, so they can help. Many kids that age respond to full strength prune juice at 2-3 oz twice a day with loosening up within 3 days.
