Postop follow up: It is difficult to determine issues regarding pain without an examination. Generally people feel back to normal after 4 months. If she is having persistent pain then she should schedule a follow up with the surgeon for an evaluation

Probably: Yes it is normal for there to be some pain especially with stretching in the area of csection due to scarring. However if the pain is severe and very frequent, there could be something else going on and she should go back to see her obgyn to be evaluated.
