Hi , i had a d&c last nov17 due to miscarriage of my second baby in 2months, currently i am having upper back pain and neck pain , is it related to d&c?

Seems unlikely: Upper back and neck pain have a long list of possible causes. A uterine surgery 3 months ago does not seem like a likely cause to be triggering such symptoms. Consider an evaluation by your primary care doctor or an orthopedic surgeon for a physical exam and evalaution
