Not sure...: Thyroid levels can fluctate, so even if it was normal once, it can be abnormal later. Check with your endocrinologist. If you feel a lump in your neck, get it looked at. The endocrinologist can also likely take care of the evaluation for that, but you might need an ENT to look further into it.
