See ENT: You need to see the specialist who deals with rhinosinusitis and that would be an otolaryngologist. You also want to make sure that your teeth are in good condition and that there is no dental issue in the left upper jaw area because that can commonly causes sinus problems, as well.

Mgt: I would suggest an ENT evaluation and ruling out any obstruction in the sinuses.
