What causes reoccurring sinus infection, i have had 4 already this year?

Typically it is because you actually have a chronic infection that just flares up from time to time. To get rid of the chronic infection you need to use a steroid nasal spray morning and night along with a strong antibiotic such as Augmentin for at least three weeks continuously.
