Ct scan of sinuses: I would recommend seeing your doctor and get an imaging study of your sinuses like a ct scan of the sinuses . This can help sort out if you have chronic sinusitis, and if there are structural issues ( like deviated nasal septum or nasal polyps ) that are contributing to the symptoms.
