You identify as male: You will NEVER have a period. You are a boy. Get over it. You do not have a uterus unless you happen to be a true hermaphrodite (quite rare). Sorry about that!

Does not add up: If you are a 46 year-old male you would not have periods. If you are asking for a women and she is having sex, she should do a pregnancy test. The following is for a woman; do a home pregnancy test. If the result is negative repeat the test 4-5 days later unless you get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
