Abnormal: See vascular surgeon and be sure no DVT or arteriovenous malformation giving the high pressure. Thoracic outlet can occasionally be involved and some other less likely items. Congestive heart, Pancoast tumor, breast problems and/or axillary nodes . Really need some study!
