I have a stronge back pain what should i take?

NSAID : For most back strains that do not involve leg weakness or bowel/bladder problems, and are not caused by major trauma, over the counter antiinflammatories like Ibuprofen should be the first step. Continue activities as tolerated and see your doctor for any of the red flags noted above, or for persistence of symptoms.

See doctor: Taking medicine without knowing the disease is very dangerous idea. See your doctor soon. I have seen dissecting aneurysm of aorta as a cause for backache.
