I had a nuclear bone scan and i don't understand the results. activity in the ankles, the shoulder girdle and spine plate, uptake in thoracic spine?

1) what was the : Reason you had the scan? Where was your issue? Increased uptake can mean many things. A bone scan results must take patient history, clinical findings and not be looked at independently. Increased uptake can mean anything from arthritis, to fracture to infection....what did your doctor tell you?
