See below. : Cystitis cystica is a benign lesion of bladder that occurs as a reaction to a chronic inflammatory process: most commonly recurrent UTIs. Not a pre-malignant condition and does not require TURBT or fulguration if that is truly the diagnosis. Rx usually involves prevention of UTIs with daily, long-term, low-dose antibiotic and periodic office cystoscopy to monitor response. Consider 2nd opinion??
