My doctor has treated and booked me off from friday and up to and including monday because of acute cystitis.i am still not feeling well and feel extremely weak and still experiencing some pain discomfort.should i go to work or go back to the doctor?

Bladder infection: Cystitis and other conditons like it are contagious; from that standpoint, it's OK to go to work. But if urinary urgency, frequency, and painful urination (the main symptoms of cystitis) are botherwsome, it's find to stay home. But are you sure cystitis is the only problem? It usually doesn't cause weakness, but if your UTI has spread into the kidneys, it could do so. Ask your doctor if in doubt.
