The thyroid function: tests your report look pretty normal to me (although you don't provide any units). But assuming the usual units, both your TSH/thyrotropin and T4 are ok. I am used to seeing T3 reported in ng/dl with a normal range being 80-180. I'm sure your prescribing doctor has or will be happy to review these with you and confirm (or change) your current Thyronorm/thyroxine dosage. Stay well:)
