Need more: TSH is still high. If you have been on same dosage for more than 6 weeks, you should talk to your primary. If dosage has been adjusted recently, you need to give it time for TSH to come down. Typically takes four to six weeks. You can also request a consult on health tap for a charge.

Increase med dose?: Based on these lab values you might need to increase the med dose to the next higher dose, but please make sure you consult your doctor on this since med adjustments depends on prior values. If it is coming down from a higher value before it might just need to stay on same dose and retest in a few weeks and see if it is still coming down.
