Calories in n out: See the excellent answers on "weight loss". You basically need to burn more calories than you take in. Increase your exercise, choose healthier, less-caloric foods and drinks. Foods don't really burn fat. There are some high-fiber foods that may fill you up without providing much calories but you still get some. Exercise burns fat -- no way around that.
