Many: Nasal steroids all work similarly and thus you have many choices to pick from . If you are concerned over nasal steroid despite its safety record nasal antihistamine spray would work too. Saline irrigation may also help those with mild cases. Oral antihistamine helps sneezing, runny nose, and itching but does nothing for the congestion. Leukotriene blocker works for some people.
