A member asked:

I have pain inside penis, but it's not all the time and it happens randomly. did urinalysis and they found nonhemo in urine. is it kidney failure??

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: Inability to make any urine would suggest kidney failure. Why you would think phantom pains in the penis would be related is confusing. It is a sensitive organ & why you have a discomfort on occasion is not clear, but kidney failure is not part of the picture.
