Drain lesion.: It appears that you may have an accumulation of fluid from the joint. Try to elevate your wrist above heart level when reclining and reduce the activity. Since you have not had any results from noninvasive treatment, you may have to have the mass drained. Yur PCP should be able to help you with this.
