I feel like my right breast is fuller, and harder than the left, when i do an self examination i dont find a lump, only that the whole breast is much harder. i write a looot with my right hand. ultrasound came all normal. im 19. what should i do?

Although you are young and not in the screening age, you should see your doctor and arrange for a mammogram as part of a work-up for your symptoms.
