See doctor: Alcohol withdrawal may cause terrible symptoms including tremors and hallucinations. Part of your problem may be from dehydratioh during the withdrawal. If you have vertigo, medical attention is needed.

Alcohol: I recommend you seek medical attention. Alcohol withdrawal can be extremely dangerous and need benzodiazepines to be controlled.
