Go to hospital: you don't want to wait on it, or see a cardiologist if you have access to one. At times though one can have dropped beats as a side effect to some medicines or caffeine, but you never know, better be checked, wish you well

Irregular beat: It may not “settle”. I would seek medical attention to have someone listen and do an EKG and labs. Some irregular beats are benign but no way for you to determine that, go in to get evaluated.
