Heart pain all the way through to my back. the pain gets caught at our local hospital, but settles before i get proper. i am on nitrostat (nitroglycerin).?

Need and evaluation: This should be fully evaluated by a cardiovascular medicine specialist. Concern, in addition to coronary disease would be for significant aortic pathology. Hence would recommend eval for both issues asap.
