Relaxation: If the stomach symptoms occur only with anxiety attacks, you will need to deal with the root cause. Measures may include meditation, exercise, avoidance of stimulants (coffee, tea etc). However you may also need psychological counselling and medications depending on the severity. I presume that your thyroid function has been normal & there is no extreme hypertensive episodes .
