Plenty of fluids: Keeping in close contact with your practitioner. Resting a lot. Drinking plenty of fluids to soothe your sore throat and replace what's lost by fever. You may need to see the doctor physically to get some medicine if it’s getting worse.

Covid 19: There are a variety of safe medications during pregnancy including: Acetaminophen, phenylephrine, diphenhydramine, dextromethorphan and loratadine. Use warm saline nasal washes and humidify your room. drink lots of warm fluids. Since this could easily be Covid-19, get tested, self isolate and talk to your OB.
